By accessing or using CronCareers (croncareers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description & Software Tool Disclaimer

CronCareers is an automated job search aggregator, alert delivery engine, and candidate directory software tool. We aggregate publicly available career listings and provide notification tools (such as instant email and webhook feeds) to keep tech professionals informed of new openings.

Important Disclaimer: CronCareers is solely an informational software tool. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing placement firm. We do not represent hiring companies, make employment decisions, or guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment placement of any kind.

3. Talent Profiles & Nominative Fair Use

• Self-Reported Data: All profile information, employment history, and technical skills published in candidate portfolios are provided directly and voluntarily by users. CronCareers does not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted work history.
• Nominative Fair Use: Company logos, trademarked names, and employer names displayed in job listings or user profiles are used solely for factual identification and reference purposes under nominative fair use. CronCareers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any named employers.
• Candidate Privacy Controls: Candidates maintain complete control over their profile visibility and can toggle between public, private, or stealth modes at any time in Account Settings.

4. Billing, Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans (including Pro Job Seeker and Recruiter tiers) grant access to advanced alert frequencies, unlimited feeds, and platform features.

• Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments): Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles billing, payment processing, invoices, and applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) globally in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Instant Digital Delivery: CronCareers is a purely digital SaaS platform. Access to paid Pro features (sub-5-minute alert engine, webhook endpoints, and custom feed tracking) is provisioned electronically and immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Recurring Billing & Passes: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on each recurring billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Multi-month passes provide access for the specified duration without auto-renewal.
• Self-Serve Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings → Billing or via the Dodo Payments customer portal. Please review our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy for complete details on our 14-day money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use CronCareers lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Scrape data in a manner that degrades system performance or circumvents security measures.
• Send unsolicited commercial spam, fraudulent job postings, or abusive messages.
• Impersonate any individual, organization, or employer.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

CronCareers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free aggregation. In no event shall CronCareers or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
